AKTU Exam Form 2025 last Date Re-Extended: Students of Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh, have received major relief as the university has extended the last date for filling exam forms and submitting fees for the odd semester exams of the 2025-26 session. The extension comes after several institutes and students requested more time from the university.

What Has Changed

AKTU earlier announced that exam forms and prescribed fees for regular and carry-over papers of undergraduate and postgraduate courses had to be submitted through the university ERP portal by 15 December 2025. This applied to practical, project, and written examinations for the odd semester of the 2025-26 academic session.

Now, the university has extended this deadline to 20 December 2025, up to 5:00 PM, giving students an extra five days to complete the process on the ERP portal. The decision has been taken at the competent level of the university in the interest of students after considering the requests received from some institutions and students.

Big Relief on Payment Failures

The university has also addressed a common issue faced by many students: failed or pending online payments. Some students had paid their exam fees, but due to technical issues at the bank’s payment gateway, their payment status was not updated as “Success” or was showing as blank on the system.

AKTU has clearly instructed that such students should not make the payment again. Instead, the university is coordinating with the bank to rectify these cases and update the payment status in the students’ ERP login from the university level.

What Colleges Need To Do

The circular has been sent to directors and principals of all institutes affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow. They have been requested to inform all students studying in their institutions about the revised date and related instructions so that exam forms are filled and fees are submitted correctly within the new deadline.

Officials such as the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Officer, Joint Controller, Deputy Controller of Examinations, ERP in-charge, Public Relations Officer, and Staff Officer to the Vice-Chancellor have also been marked in the communication for necessary action. The notice is issued by Prof. Rajeev Kumar, Controller of Examinations.

What Students Should Do Now

  • Fill the exam form and submit the fee on the ERP portal before 20 December 2025, 5:00 PM.

  • If the exam fee has already been paid but the payment status is not showing as successful or is blank, do not pay again.

  • Keep checking the ERP login for updated payment status as the university resolves such cases with the bank.

This extension and clarification are expected to ease the pressure on thousands of AKTU students preparing for their odd semester exams.
